I havent noticed a difference and Ive shopped all over. Theres a huge mall - Sawgrass Mills - just North of Miami alongside the Turnpike which is well worth a visit if you are in the area. Its the biggest mall Ive been to in Florida and is definitely a days worth of shop till you drop. Gill

I honestly don't know the answer but I do know Fort Myers quite well. The only really big outlet mall is Miromar. My wife (who through much experience is an undoubted authority on these matters [msnwink]) tells me that there isn't any 'across the board' price difference between that location and similar locations in the US.

The regular malls in the area have all the usual shops you'd find elsewhere so, again, I'd expect the prices to be consistent with all the other branches.

I don't think there is a huge difference, but I do find 'touristy' malls like Florida Mall more expensive than places such as Lakeland Sq mall

We regularly shop at Ellenton and whilst the prices are comparable I find there is a good supply of the regular sizes at bargain prices. I can always find shoes, trousers etc. Ellenton does not seem to get as busy as Orlando outlets - understandably.

I've not yet been to Miramar, Fort Myers but may well try a bit of retail therapy there next week [msnwink]

Malls are all chain style stores. Prices are all the same.
