Is the KSC Maximum Access Tickets the same as standard admission including Nasa Up Close & Personal?

If not, what are the differences?

The up close tour is an additional tour and typically costs around $23 on top (we no longer stock this as it was not popular). The max access pass does inlcude the regular bus tour.
