Hi Maggie123, after a day at the parks, Kennedy Space Centre or wherever I wouldn't worry too much about the evenings. I'm sure other people will agree that you'll be lucky to be home by 10pm and won't have any energy left for much else. Although I would recommend you spend an evening in Old Town. It's surprising how the full on days soon catch up with you. If you really do want to do an evening show or activity, plan to spend that day relaxing, maybe a little shopping, so you will be refreshed and ready to appreciate it.

We have 2 children, aged 14 and 12 and even they were totally worn down at the end of 2 weeks so not just us forty somethings! The most we could manage, on the rare days when we left the parks at 6pm, was a quick shower, dinner and a round of crazy golf (which surprisingly takes a lot of time).

Best advice I can give you? Don't try to do too much, it will spoil your experience. Get your park tickets before you travel and let the evenings take care of themselves. But, and this is the important bit, I honestly believe you will love it so much that you will spend the next few years aiming to go back and visit the places you didn't get to this time.
