    New Communities

Hi, How can I know wich communities are the newest in Orlando?

    Hi

Not sure why you are asking this question - are you wanting to stay in a brand new community? If so, bear in mind that construction work may not be completed and there may be contractors' vehicles in and out all day starting very early in the morning.

Have a great time wherever you decide to stay!

Caroline's right! I would think the newest communities are mostly half finished as these areas just stopped building when the credit crunch arrived.

A new home does not necessarily mean a better equipped or cared for home. Owners are constantly updating furniture, furnishings and decorations - we have already replaced all our window blinds, added new ceiling fans and tiled most of our floors this year. Our Home Owners Association 'love' going round to make sure everything is spic and span and soon send a letter with a 30 day time limit to rectify anything they think is not up to scratch.

You could always ask owners to let you know how old their community is when they reply to your enquiry.
