Upgrade tickets

Hi,

I have read somewhere that you can upgrade your tickets to no expiration if you still have days left. Can anyone tell me if this is true? Last year we bought a 14 day ultimate ticket and only used 5 days of it. Is it possible for us to upgrade these tickets?

Hi,

The UK Ultimate tickets cannot be upgraded. As you may have found they are usually overkill, especially when trying to all the Universal parks too.

If you have the Disney tickets we sell, then they can be upgraded at guest relations.

It is cheaper to buy no expiry tickets before hand though. We often get people buying the 10 day no expiry and splitting it over 2 or 3 trips.

we bought a 10 day no expiry a few years ago, we've now only got a couple of days left, can we add more days?

Sorry days cannot be added to tickets.
