    HELP PLEASE- Villa or condo

We are looking to go to Orlando in October. We have 3 kids 3,9and 10. Ideally we would like a villa with 4 bedrooms, but would consider a townhome/comdo with 3 bedrooms. Not too bothered about own pool/spa but would be nice! Would like it fairly close to Disney and would like a community with pool/clubhouse etc. Ideally would like to have a drink by pool in evening while kids play. Can anyone make any suggestions or advice about any of above. Our budget was about £1000 so I appreciate a lot of villas are above our price bracket! We have been looking at a townhouse in Windsor Hills as like the closeness and it is in our budget! Thanks

Welcome to the forum - you've come to the right place!

Why not put an enquiry into the above OV websites (each have different owners) and see what's available for your dates? All the homes are verified every six months. Owners aren't allowed to respond to accommodation requests via the forum so if you do get any offers, please let the owners know at info@orlandovillas.com

Just click on the website links at the top of each forum page and then put your 'wish list' into the enquiry comments box. Search for 4 bed homes and you'll find the general enquiry form at the bottom of the list.

We rented a townhome in Emerald Island sounds just what you are looking for, we loved it and it was well in your budget.

We have stayed in Windsor hills twice (in a villa rather than a townhouse). It is a great development and, in my view, the location can't be beaten. I am pretty sure that they did not have a bar by the pool though (or indeed anywhere on the development), so you may have to look elsewhere to get that.

Of course, if you go for a villa with a private pool then it is very easy to have a glass or two sat outside whilst the kids play.

One of our trips to Windsor Hills was in October and we had a 5 bed, 5 bath villa for about £500 for the week. This included pool heat which was essential at that time of year. There are definitely people willing to do a deal at the moment so you should find a villa for your budget.
