Yes and yes. I have only used them at Busch Gardens though, where we saved all the very wet rides till the end and being December we thought we might be a bit cold for the wet walk back to the car, so had a change of clothes ready [msneek]

The other parks all have lockers too, you just pay a daily rental fee, they come in different size depending on what you need them for. As above, useful to take a dry change of clothes if you plan on doing the water rides.
Made the mistake at IOA and went on the water rides late in the day - no change of clothes. Funny really as we dripped around the park people were asking us what we had been on. Ended up being quite funny.

that's part of the fun, being drippy, in fact the drippier the better, and then sitting somewhere in the sun with a nice cup of coffee soaking up the rays.[msncool]
