Tickets - very confused

Hi - I am going to Orlando for two weeks with an 8 and 6 year old. I want to see the following over the two weeks and am very confused on what the best ticket option is for both Disney and Universal. I am not interested in a hopper and would like a break between theme parks. Can anyone help me?

Disney:
1. Magic Kingdom
2. Disney Hollywood Studios
3. Disney Animal Kingdom
4. Disney Blizzard Beach

Universal:
5. Universal Studios
6. Universal Island of Adventure
7. SeaWorld
8. Wet N Wild
