Now does he want cheap steak or good steak, there is a huge difference. Golden Corral do (or used to) all you can eat steak, but to be honest I would only give it to my mutt, its is cheap though.
If he wants good steak, then Charlies, Kissimmee Steakhouse, Ruths Chris are all excellent and good value in my mind (that does not mean cheap though).
Blackened steak differs but basicly is a Cajun thing. Steak is rubbed with a isture of spices and chargrilled until the mixture is blackened. Can be tasty but I preffer mine untouched and very rare. If your going to a good steak house, go easy on the starters, infact I would not bother and just go for the steak. I always make the mistake of over induldging.
Some of the better buffets do have very good prime rib, which woud be all you can eat. Boma at Ak lodge was always good.
Oh I should add that Roger took me too a place that was reasonable and had very tasty steak. Name escapes me but will post it whne I catch him online[msnsmile]

I found outback steakhouses quite reasonable and good food too!!!
last time i went i found a good rib eye steak across the road from howard johns## west 192 but still cant think of the name of it, all i can remember it was a large wooden building, any ideas?
where are Charlies, Kissimmee Steakhouse, Ruths Chris?
I'm farily sure we went to Longhorn, one of our favorite steak houses (although the last couple of times they have cooked wrong but always quick to rectify their mistake).

Yep that's it! In all the time we lived there we never visited it, but I wish we had.

If you can get him to spend a little more Bonefish on the Loop is excellent and well worth a try once .

Manny's Chophouse on H27 do very good steaks at reasonable prices[msncool]
Surprisingly, Cracker Barrel do a pretty mean steak - it's not huge but is less than $10 and includes two sides. Try the steak fries (nearly like UK ones) and the okra!
Our fave steak place is Outback.
