Westbury Community

Does anyone know about the Westbury Community off the 25/27? Ive tried to find out some information but so far without any luck. Any info would be most helpful.

I have replied about this community on 2 other threads that you have started so I don't know why you say you have no information, but here goeas again.

Westbury is a small community of only 110 houses. It is a mixture of residential and rental properties.

It is off of Highway 27, but you need to go along another road first so is not obvious to the passer by and therefore extremely quiet.

Many of the houses have an outlook to the orange groves.

It takes about 2 minutes to reach the I4, jnct 55.

Westbury is a true Hidden Gem in Florida. No Noise and when the fruit is ripe free Orange Juice as wel. Reasonably quite estate for walking and enjoying a stroll or even a jog around the loop. No building work as the estate is 100 per cent finished. The homes are well built and well insulated and have Gas heaters for the pools
Westbury is a true Home from Home and it is wonderfull to relax on the Lanai after a long day at the parks sipping wine and looking up at the stars
