Dollar credit card swipe with gold

Hi Pam, That was going to be my next question, do they let you leave a cash security deposit?? whats the worst that can happen if you turn up with no credit card?? Also when you go to the travel agents you can get american express traveller cheque cards do you think we could use that as a security deposit?? Sorry for all the questions but am a bit worried as i dont own a credit card only solo and electron.

I don't think the car hire companies will accept those cards. As I said they left $200 cash in th end which I didn't think was too bad.

I used a Visa Debit with Budget, with no extra charges / deposits incurred.....I was worried about the same things, but no problems....Gold with Budget....no hassle
