We flew with them last year. Admittedly not from Manchester but even so not one flight was on time! Consequently we missed connecting flights. Similar story when we gave them another chance for flights from New York to Orlando!
their customer service is not great!!

We have used them many many times infact just got back this weekend from another trip. Have flown from Gatwick and Heathrow in to Charlotte and Philly and never had more than a few minutes delay. The A330 have seat back tvs and the 757s do not. Crew have always been very good. Food is airline food - what can you say. Drinks free on international flights but not internal. In October we were up graded to first for the internal flight. Will certainly use them again.
