Communal Pool and Tennis Courts

Can anyone tell me which communities have a communal pool and tennis courts?

Esprit has a large communal pool with a huge sunny deck area which has sun loungers, chairs and tables. There is a cabana with toilet facilities etc. so you can picnic down there if you want to. This area also leads down via a boardwalk to the spectacular Lake Davenport, where you can fish, watch the amazing wildlife or simply watch the world go by. There are also basketball and tennis courts which may be used by guests - we leave the key in our villa as they are not open to the general public.

I am sure there are other communities, too, with tennis courts and a pool.

I know that Doral Woods has a community Pool and tennis courts.

Southern Dunes has 2 communal pools and tennis courts which are free for guests' use.

Highlands Reserve also has a communal pool and tennis court.

Lake Davenport Estates has tennis and basketball courts, 2 tot lots a communal pool with cabana and a large open space if you want to have a game of footie

Ridgewood Lakes also has a communal pool and tennis courts which are free for those living / staying on Ridgewood Lakes. Also this summer, a children's play area will be built.

Lake Berkely Resort also have pool and tennis courts.

Glenbrook has a community pool and tennis court as well as a beach volleyball court.

Hampton Lakes has community pool, with cabana facilities, tennis courts, basketball, sand volleyball and 2 tot lots, all free for guests use. Many owners, like ourselves, leave equipment in the villa for guests to use the facilities free of charge. They are beside one of the 2 lakes on the development so if the younger members need to be supervised it's a nice pleasant area to sit and soak up the sun and read a book whilst they are playing, if you dont have the energy to join in.
