There is a map of the local disney that you can see where all the communities available here.

all the communities available have their own individual good points, close restaurants, etc. as well as the homes to choose from.

Sit down and make a list of some thingsthat you think you want, and go through them with the family.

Any home choosen from here will be a wonderful holiday for you and your family, and you will get hooked, to come back again and again.

Also as your holiday is not to far into the future, you may find a good list of the homes here are booking up fast.

Your search should be enjoyable, this is the start of a great family holiday, the planning...

Hi Andy and welcome to the forum [msnsmile]

All the villas advertised on the 3 sites above will be within about 20 minutes of Disney! They will all also be within easy reach of ammenities such as shops, supermarkets etc. I would suggest you make a list of things you want in your villa ie games room, wifi etc and then narrow the search. You can gets lots more information about the position of the villa etc from the villa owner once you have shortened the list to just a few.

Have fun planning your trip and choosing your villa [msnsmile]

Hi Andy and welcome to the forum!

We've visited many communities during the years we've been going to Florida and I wouldn't be unhappy to stay in any of the communities advertised on these sites. If I were you I would decide what facilities you want in the home and try and narrow your search in that way - whatever you decide I'm sure you'll have a great time [msnsmile2]

    Hi Andy

There are so many lovely communities to choose from, I would suggest you choose your location depending on where and what you will visiting the most, then shortlist what you require from the villa and do a search, you will not be disappointed. Hope you have a lovely time in August.

    Regards

    Cindy
