    Ov slimming club

Well stayed the same this week but have upped the exercise as doing the race for life in June. A friend and I are power walking rather than running as we both have a crock knee! So we did 4.78k this am. Trying to get us up to 5k is taking some doing ad we are already going round a nature reserve in Bray twice, so looks like we have to add a wee bit more. Going to try another reserve and nature walk which takes us to Cookham and back. Our dogs are getting fitter as well as us!
So I seem to be changing shape rather than losing anything this week but am doing a food diary to make sure I am on track rather than just thinking I am!
How have you all done this week?

Well done Pam, that's a great loss this week, keep going Fiona, I am sure you will soon reach 5k.

I had a sick daughter here today who wanted MCDonalds for lunch, made me cave in and have a burger and small chips with her, first time since Christmas, but I couldn't eat the burger or the chips, just threw them in the bin, so pleased as I know hate them and won't be tempted again

Woop woop Pam. Brilliant and it will give you the inspiration to carry on.

Well done Karen throwing the burger and chips away!!

I have not weighed this week as in Harrogate where I am speaking at a Conference. Too much nice food and of course had to visit Betty's Tea Rooms this morning....don't ask!!!

Oh Sandra you can't visit Harrogate and not go to Betty's! Saving syns is the way to go, along with allowing for 1 horrendous day (is it only 1?) and not expecting a loss, but happy to maintain. I find this policy only works with drastic cutting back of syns the rest of the week!
Just realised I am sitting up watching QT and my alarm goes off at 5.45am aaagh!
