Well, 'D' Day dawned and I did the dreaded weigh in.

Lost 2lbs so happy with that.

The 'pull me push you' sounds interesting Liz and Barbara. Never thought of ordering from a catalogue but that sounds sensible as you can try on in the privacy of your own home..... I don't want to frighten the natives, after all! [msnwink]

Just swam for 30 mins breast stroke. according to "My Fitness Pal" app that has burned 432 calories[clap] if I do another 30 mins later perhaps I can have cheesecake at dinner[msntongue][msnwink]

Oh Barbara you really wouldn't want the sickness, I tried a new kind of pain relief in the form of a patch that you wear for a week then change it, well it didn't agree with me!! was told I might feel a bit sick??

Wow Liz that is really impressive! Didn't realise swimming was so good. May have to get my flippers out.... Well done!

Poor you, Karen. Being sick is so horrid. Hope you feel better. At least you lost some weight, though not a nice way to do so.
