    That is okay, I understand. However the right supplements can help because you are giving the body the nutrients it needs so you don't crave other foods so much, which is very much part of the programme. Bee Pollen is amazing at helping this and also good for allergies. But if you are eating the wrong foods for other reasons, have you looked at hypnotherapy? It can be very useful to help you resist the wrong foods

    Thanks everyone for the encouragement! Karen you will be back on track in no time.

    Barbara well done for sticking with it and you Sandra and Fiona. You have all made me realise that I am getting left behind
    everyone around me seems to have lost loads of weight so I thought well if they can all do it so can I!!!. I have been ill
    since weighing in on Wednesday so haven't really eaten anything, We had all the family round last night and George
    cooked a lovely Chinese buffet but I didn't touch it. Not the ideal start to the plan I know but at least I should lose weight
    this week.

    Hope you all enjoyed Easter and laid off the chocolate xx

    Fabulous Pam. That should make you feel good and hope you are feeling better than you were.

    I was lucky enough to lose another 1/2 lb so now am just below my target which means I may have a 'few' but not many 'treats' while in Florida. I am not going to sabotage my weight loss though, it just takes too long to lose it, and 30 seconds to put it on so I will still eat sensibly.....I hope!!!

    Thats great Pamela well done, you are heading in the right direction. I am so pleased for you.
    I have only lost 1lb this week . I really did think I had lost more, but I will plod on. I know the weight loss will be slower. as nearer I get to my goal. But another 35 lbs seems a hell of a way to go!!!.

    Well done Pamela, what a great first week and boost to your new life style.

    You can really see a difference in your face now you have lost lots of weight Barbara, keep plodding on.

    Well done to Frances and Sandra.

    After my bad week last week I didn't lose or gain so really happy, back on track this week and had a great boost yesterday as I tried on a few dresses and jackets and I needed another smaller size, very tight but it won't be long until they fit nicely, haven't been this size for 20 years.
