    Here we go again, just thought I would make a start.

    Re-joining Slimming World on Thursday but have made a start today.[msnsmile]

    Hi Janice,

    As you know I started this morning and will now have to read up on what I can and cannot eat.

    Good start, lunch was soup and tuna sandwich(no dressing[msnsmile])

    Tonight is gammon steak and jacket potato. Now going to look at my syns and see what I can snack on tonight.

    I put 11 pound on in 2008 by eating lots of Krispy Kreme and other goodies and not enough exercise. 2009 I aim to lose this extra weight. Not until we get home on Saturday though

    Well I have just landed back from Florida and dread to think what the weight is now. Will really have to knukle down as Lee has gone all healthy and is looking great on it ( I also saw the photos of me in a wetsuit at OWC on Sunday and I look like a beached whale[msneek]

    Sounds nice Shirley.

    I am looking forward to going to SW on Thursday to find out about the brand new Food Optimising plan called Extra Easy.

    I hope you will join us Mark when you return from your holiday, I am sure you will pick up alot of tips.

    Food diary for today

    Breakfast 2 slices of nimble (1 healthy extra B choice)
    1 poached egg

    350ml skimmed milk for tea and coffee ( health extra A choice)

    Lunch homemade veg soap

    Evening meal

    chicken breast wrapped in lean bacon, brussels, swede, Leeks and carrots and (jacket potato 1 healthy extra B)

    Syns a glass of wine with my evening meal 175 ml 6 points. msnsmile2]

    Well got through the first day and my only syns were 2 chocolate fingers !!

    Hungry now so going to have a banana for brekkie and then work off a few calories bowling this morning [msnsmile]

    Hi Everyone

    I am glad I found you again. I bought the slimming world magazine and have been following the new plan called extra easy as they have a 7 day meal planner.

    They are not giving too much away but as I am not a member I have done some research online and found out that you can mix green and red free foods in one meal for example Slimming world chips and Gammon steak or Slimming world Chicken curry receipe with rice. The only restriction I can see is that you can now only have 2 healthy extras 1A and 1B but this is no problem as I suspect a lot of people would use a healthy extra for a jacket potataoe on a red day or some chicken on a green day but these are now free.

    Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong, if any of you are planning to go along to the classes.

    Any way good luck to you all and here's to a healthy 2009

    I am off on Thursday to re-join Slimming World, so I am unable to comment on their new plan called extra easy at the moment, but sounds good to me.

    We have been to Blue Water today to use up my John Lewis vouchers I received for Christmas. Bought some decent weighing scales and a pair of trainers for all that walking I intend to do.

    Breakfast

    Poached egg
    2 lean rashers of bacon
    2 slices of Nimble (HEB1)

    Lunch 2 quorn Burgers and saland

    Evening meal
