Well done Karen 1lb is fine at this late stage.
I have never lost more than 4lbs a week even in the early stages I am hoping by taking the scenic route I will be able to sustain my weight easier when I reach my target.

Thank you Barbara and Sandra, hopefully I can also keep the weight off once lost the last few pounds, as I love being this size and wish I had done it years ago.
Yes you have 500 calories on 2 days per week, then you should stick to 2000 on the other 5, however I never count the calories on the 5 days and I just try to be reasonable. I am losing weight, slowly but I don't mind that it is an eating plan I think I can stick to.

Good luck Sandra, when I tried it I was good on the 500 days, but couldn't stop eating the next day as so hungry.
