Barbara, I think the problem will be that it is Thanksgiving Weekend, you prefer Dec - Liz has gone by then, and Lyn can only do after 28th, so it didn't leave any choice of dates whilst Liz is here.
The people on the list are okay for Monday 2nd December (I have not heard any different) so maybe you could come to that hopefully but meet up with Liz yourself?
These things are not easy to arrangebut hope you can make it.
Lyn and Jill - maybe you could confirm you are happy with the arrangement on Monday 2nd December, Town Tavern, Celebration at 7.00pm.
