Milk from allowance.

I start work at 8am this morning.

Sorry I haven't in touch for ages, been busy.

Did very well lost 3lb this week due to lots of dog walking last week.

Total weight loss to date is 1 stone 12 1/2lbs

I just checked and todate I have lost 11 1/2 pounds and still a long way to go yet.

Judging by the fact that I am having great difficulty in doing up my jeans I think it may be time to resurrect this post[msnembarrased] anyone else feel the same.

lol yes Lyn definately!! mind you i will be cheating, i'm hoping to have a gastric bypass in the coming months but still need to get some weight off... my joints are so sore x

I lost 2.5 stone this yearbut since going to FLorida at the end of October and then comming back to cold miserable weather and then Christmas I am just piling it back on, must lose some before we go to Florida in February or none of the clothes I bought are going to fit me.[msnscared] I know what you mean about the joints my knee was much better for the weight loss and I could carry a smallhandbag again without my back hurting.

I was 1lb off my 2½ stone before we came to Florida. I think it's safe to say a few pounds have gone back on, but as put the young on a plane back to UK today will be very strict for our last 5 days (bar NYE of course!). My eldest has lost over 4 stone and has started a SW group in Maidenhead, which I help out at. If that isn't a motive for keeping to the plan I don't know what is.

i have got rid of lots of nibbly bits already and have a mega sore throat so wont be in the kitchen much...
