    Started my SW today or at least what I remember!

    Breakfast Fresh fruit salad with ff cottage cheese
    Lunch 3 Museli Ryvita with 2 bananas
    Dinner Steak, salad, 1 tbls. extra lite Hellmans Mayo
    1 Fat free yoghurt

    Coffee with skimmed milk, and plenty of water.

    I don't have any of my SW guides with me so can anyone point out when I go wrong please as I have forgotten half of the things I learnt!! Can't remember what syns and HE's are.[msnembarrased]

    Your food diary's are very good. I thought Slimming world chips and roasted potatoes with fry lite were free on Green but you have said 10 syns or am i reading it wrong

    Janice, Yes I see now. Phew!!!

    Anyway the new plan Extra Easy does work, but as soon as you slip off the radar the weight comes back on very quickly. I had 5 very good days and lost 1 pound then slipped a bit at the weekend and the pound went back on. Didn't even have sweets, chocolate or cakes just used 1 too many HEB and it all went wrong.

    So determined to stay on track from now on even at the weekends as it's so easy to mess it up.

    Today is not a good day [msnsad] My sugar urges are getting to me. Trying to find an alternative to cereal bars as I can't eat them because of the wheat. I hate snack a jacks and I'm fed up with friut and youghurt.

    Another good day.

    Dinner Very small penne pasta with cheese sauce (hardly any sauce - Applebees) left 2/3 of it.

    FF Milk with coffees
    Camomile tea

    Resisted the chocolates at Rosie and Al's!!!!

    Sugar urges better today,yesterday I had.

    Breakfast...scrambled egg, banana
    Lunch..grilled pork chop, bubble and squeak.
    Tea...ham roll, pickled onions.
    Snacks...2 bananas, mandarin.

    Milk allowance for teas.

    Definately feel thinner, off to SW this morning to get weighed.

    I have decided not to follow their new plan Claire, but follow the original and green days plan as this seems to suit me.

    Milk for Tea (HEA1)

    Evening meal
    Jacket potato (HEB1)
    Large tin of Tuna in brine
