    Rejoined this evening at my local SW, I couldn't stay for the meeting though as hubby was working late and I had to take the girls with me.

    I didn't get the online password for this week so if anyone does know can you post it please.........thank you.

    Hi Paula,

    I rejoined this evening, but had to leave early, so forgot to ask for the online password. We have a new leader and I will ask her to email me the password.

    Just before Christmas I was a member of weight watchers and have now decided to rejoin Slimming world. I am pleased to report that I am 1/2 a pound lighter after the Christmas period.

    Good luck Jan on Monday, let us know how it goes.

    Hi Paula,

    the online password is apple.

    Just trying to get my head around the extra easy plan. As far as I can see, you can mix original and green days together, but can only have 1 healthy extra A & B choices a day. With regard to the syns you are allowed 5 to 15 per day, but take the lower amount of syns from the Food Optimising book from red and green choice. Not sure if I will follow this plan, may just keep to the original plan.

    3 X weight watchers brown bread (1 HEB)
    Han, lettice and tomato

    Milk from allowance (HEA 1)

    Unfortunately, I missed lunch

    Evening meal

    Jacket potato
    Chicken and Mixed peppers
    Whole green beans
    2 glasses of wine 12 syns.

    It is very quite on here today, I hope everyone is doing ok.

    Yesterdays Diary

    No Breakfast, not good I know, but didn't have time.

    Milk (1 HEA)

    Lunch

    3 slices weight watchers danish (1 HEB)
    Tuna
    Mayo low fat 2 1/2 syns
    lettice

    Evening Meal

    Ham salad with Slimming world home made chips (5 syns)

    It was the first time I had made the chips with the Fry-Lite spray and they were better than the shop bought chips.

    Thats all for now.

    Hi Everyone

    Glad a new thread has started. I managed to lose 26lbs at SW as I knew I was in for a busy 18 months of eating lunches and 4 course dinners most nights with no control of the menu. Well, after 12 months have gone by I have put about 16lbs on - maybe more. Will get correct weight when I go back to SW on my return from Florida at the end of January. Just returned from a cruise today and pleased to say only gained 'another' lb but expected to gain much more!

    Still got 6 months of all the dining, but at least I can see an end to it all and maybe returning to class will stop me eating the delicious bread and tempting deserts being offered to me each night[msncry]

    Hi All

    Just got back from Florida yesterday and feeling very down. None of my slimmer clothes fitted me when I had got there and I am afraid to get on the scales! I lost 35lbs between February and June last year with slimming World and intend to rejoin on Thursday. We hope to be back in Florida at the end of April and I want to be at least back in my slimmer clothes by then!

    Good luck everybody I know last year logging on here everyday helped no end!
