I am rejoining class tonight, between Feb and Aug last year I managed to loose 2 stone with SW. I know i've put on quite a bit since then and as I reach a certain birthday in July I've decided I'm not going to be fat and 40.

Good luck with Slimming World tomorrow. I'm rejoining this evening and looking forward to finding out about the new optimising plan.

I dont have a class to join so I am looking forward to reading keeping up with you all and joining in the fun (it's better here than some on-line diet site). Mind you, all the coffee and biscuits I go through whilst reading may hinder me somewhat [msnwink]

3rd day today and must admit I don't feel so bloated. Only had 2 slices of bread for lunch and that's all the wheaty food I am having.

My local greengrocer is loving me as I am going there at least 3 times a week now to stock up.

And think of all that excerise you are getting walking to the greengrocers Shirley, did you say it takes a mile there and back? the weight will soon drop off of you..

Have found that SW are starting up on Monday in our village so will be off to join, So the diet starts Monday morning after spending the weekend with the in laws doing a late Xmas [msnsmile2]
