    Well done Clare and Sandra you are doing great. I wish I could say the same for me, feeling down in the dumps and managed to eat THREE Creme Eggs yesterday [msnembarrased]

    I must get stuck into it as I go away in 7 weeks time and just getting bigger and bigger.

    Sorry to hear you are down in the dumps Pam, we know you can do it and we are behind you all the way. Why don't you start writing your dairy down, that way you can keep an eye on what you are eating.

    I lost 1/2 1b this week, I know it's not a lot but at least I am not gaining any weight.

    I Picked up the Slimming World mag last night. Those who enjoy Strawberry yoghurt, their taste test showed Mark & Spencer top with Thick & Fruity Probiotic Yoghurt Strawberry, 170g 49p a pot, syns per pot FREE came first.

    Mullerlight strawberry fat free 200g 54p per pot syns per pot FREE came second

    Onken strawberry fat free biopot 500g £1.24 came third, syns per pot FREE

    and fat free Danone shape feel fuller for longer strawberry 4x 120g £1.29 came fourth and alo syns FREE

    Dairy for today

    Extra easy

    Breakfast
    egg, bacon, quorn sausages and slice of toast (HEB)

    Milk from allowance (HEA)

    Lunch
    2 Bananas

    Evening meal

    sweet and sour chicken with rice.

    I bought a bag of quorn chicken nuggets today 1/2 price from Tesco and they are 1/2 syn per nugget. Might try those next week with bake beans and sw chips.[msntongue]

    Don't give up Pam, you can do it. I think over the last 2 months I have had loads of ups and downs but when the weight starts to come off it does spur you on.

    Try and plan meals in advance as that helps and also if you count your syns during the day you may have some left for a treat at the end of the day.

    My weakness is chocolate so if I'm good I know I can have either mini choc teacake or a couple of cadbury's fingers and that's 3 syns.

    Today I bought from M and S a tub of chocolate coconut mini rolls and they are scrummy (3syns) each.

    Went shopping today with my friend and tried a couple of dresses on in readiness for my son's wedding in July. Got into one dress size down although I could hardly breath in it

    Still a long way to go but I am determined to get off at least another stone.
