    Glad you are feeling as little better Claire and hope you manage to keep some of the 4 lbs off[clap]

    I weighed in today and lost 1 lb so more than pleased. I don't think the result will be the same next week - I have 5 black tie events plus 1 dinner[msncry][msncry]

    I lost 1/2 1b. I am trying to aim for 1 1b loss a week but have only managed 5 1/2 since returning to slimming World in January, so i've go a bit of catching up to do.

    Our son is staying tonight and it's Fish and Chips from the shop for them. I'll be having the same, but will make my own.[msntongue]

    Todays diary
    Extra Easy
    milk from allowance (HEA)
    Breakfast
    Bacon, egg, quorn sausage, 1 slice of wholemeal (HEB)

    Lunch
    2 very low fat yogurts

    Evenining meal
    fresh cod grilled, sw chips and maybe peas.

    Today I made corn bread and it is srummy so thought I would share the recipe.

    Extra easy and green is free and original 12 1/2 syns

    Ingredients
    frylite
    250g/9oz polenta
    1 tsp baking powder
    salt & pepper
    4 large eggs lightly beaten
    300g/110z very low fat natural yoghurt
    275g/10oz tin sweetcorn, drained
    1 pepper (any color) baked whole,skin and seeds removed, chop finely
    6 spring onions

    Method
    1. Preheat oven to 170c/Gas 3. Spray non stick baking tin with frylite
    2. Mix polenta and baking powder and season well.
    3. In a seperate bowl mix beaten egg and yoghurt and pour into polenta mixture.
    4. Add sweetcorn, peppers, spring onion and stir lightly to combine
    4. Pour batter into tin and bake for 35-40 mins.

    Can be eaten warm with a salad or I just break off a piece and eat cold.

    spagetti Bog
    2 glasses of red wine 12 syns
    Lots of water.

    Today we are off to the Toby Carvery with our son and his girl friend, so I will be eating the meat less any fat plus lots of veg. [msntongue]

    Porridge with banana

    Lunch
    Beef stew, roast pots and nips. Brussels and cabbage.

    Bowling tonight so probably have fruit and yoghurt when I get home.
