Janice you have been busy with your calculator

On Saturday I succumbed to french stick and cheese for lunch, feeling a bit off colour and needed some comfort food.

    Back on track now [msnsmile2]

We had to attend a Burn's Night on Saturday so was very careful during the day and just had bananas and 2 bowls of ff salad.

There was no choice so I had Leek Soup, Haggis about 3/4 ounces I think, mashed swede and mashed potato, plus gravy. It was quite small portions. To follow I had an oatcake with fresh raspberries and about 1/2 ounce of cream. They were 2 oatcakes with the filling in between but managed to separate them and left one. Boy did I feel good that I did not eat it.

Yesterday I just had 2 bananas until 6.00pm as I had to go out. Not the best idea to starve yourself. I then had a bowl of homemade stew - no potato, ff salad. Later on I had Mullerlight yoghurt and one of those Mug Shot soups. It was delicious and I think they are about 2 syns. Everyone was talking about them at SW this week.

Does anyone know how many syns the Go Ahead Yoghurt Breaks are. They come in packets with 2 biscuits in them. The other one's I need to know the syns for are the Go Ahead or Tesco's Light Choices, Cranberry Crispy Slices. They come in packets of 3. I like them better as they seem to last longer than a HiFi bar and of course are cheaper. I just don't know the damage they could do. Help?????

The scales have not moved since Thursday but at least they have not gone up. I ate a whole box of chocolates last Tues/Wed so they may come back to bite me when I weigh in this week. That is what the SW consultant told me. [msnembarrased]

Thank you in advance if anyone knows the syns. I have looked on the SW website.

Thank you Janice. I am hoping you mean 3 syns for each of the packs that come in 3's, and the go ahead yohurt breaks come in a 2 pack. Please don't tell me that each individual biscuits is 3 syns or even 3 1/2[msncry][msncry][msncry]

Sandra, just checked again for you, go ahead yoghurt breaks twin pack 18g slice 3 1/2 syns and Tesco light choices cranberry crispy slices each 3 syns. Tesco doesn't mention 3 in a pack, so I would check with you sw leader when you next go.
