    I have started on the extra easy plan as from today and am feeling very positive.

    Todays diary.

    Breakfast
    1 Banana

    Lunch
    Ham sandwich made with 1 HEB

    Tonight I will be having
    Slimming world chips, 1 egg fried in fry light and lean ham
    Very low fat yogurt
    Low fat milk for tea and coffee 1 HEA

    Morning everyone

    lost 1 Pound last week so quite pleased. 8 Pounds to go!!!! Although I have a feeling the weight loss will be slow from now on but I will be happy with a pound a week.

    Hi Claire,

    Well done it won't take long to get to your goal. I have a looooooong way to go yet.

    My weigh in is tomorrow and if I lose 2lb I will be happy. Found it quite hard this week(3rd week)as I get an attack of the munchies about 9pm of an evening and don't know what to eat. If I haven't had any bread in the day I might have a couple of weetabix and tell myself it's a bar of chocolate [msnwink]

    well just got back from weigh in and it is another 3lb down so very happy.

    Wow, everyone is doing really well. Keep it up everyone, you should be proud.

    I got back yesterday afternoon to UK, and already attended a function tonight. The dinner was not too bad on syns, and I did have icecream as opposed to sticky toffee pudding!

    My weigh in will be Thursday, and then hopefully I will be motivated as I will have to weigh in a week later[msnwink]
