Oh, a cute gecko!
One of these got onto our rental car and I didn't see him/her before I drove off. It suddenly appeared in the middle of the windscreen/windshield so we had to stop, gently remove it and put it on the grass by the side of the road to rescue it before it was overcome with a disaster. It might even be the one in your photo, you never know!
