He really is too young for a sex change op!
Is there not a help line on the site?
If you go back online, as if you were starting again. Is the right side before you get to the form, a part for making amendments

Filled one out last night for my trip in Feb and can remember that there is somewhere where you can amend your details.
Does this just replace having to fill out the Green Waiver Form on the Plane ?

The web says yest it does replace the form (after 12th January) but people were being told by officers that they would still have to do it but suspect they may not have been fully trained in earlydec when they were told that.

You can make amendments online but only for details like address, flight details etc...the kind of things that will change from trip to trip. For other details such as pssport number, name, sex etc those fields don't even appear when you go back into the site, so you cannot change them. It gives you a contact number to call if you want to chgange those sorts of things.

At the moment you do still need to complete the green form as well, but the idea is to stop these when the new system is running properly. A lot of people still don't know about the ESTA online application and can still travel once without it, though the airlines are being asked to warn passengers they may have a delay in immigration on arrival.
