All the stores that sell baby equipment do but it's worth asking the homeowner you are renting from if they have one. Many do if they have a 2 storey villa.

We thought the Walmart stairgates were very flimsy compared to the ones we bought in Home Depot. We have them top and bottom, here's a photo.

i have similar ones to nina and we bought them from babies r us and burlington coat factory (both stores only had 1 left in stock) we use them for our daughter 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom they are quite sturdy.......

We like them because they can easily be removed if there are no children in the home. They just slide out of the wall brackets.
