where can i find a 2 bed villa or condo

Hello peeps, do anyone know where i can find a two bed villa or condo for rent in orlando, basically it is for a friend, where there is only 3 of them travelling, husband and wife and baby, so a 2 bed is whats needed.

    Thanks

We have a lot of '2s' staying at our 4 bed home so house size isn't necessarily determined by the number of guests as some like to spread out and have more space. Remember that villas normally have private pools whereas condos don't.

So perhaps looking at the minimum size on OV of 3 beds would provide what you're looking for?

I am sure you could do a general enquiry to the three sites listed above. However, I do agree with Blott, a lot of couples also rent our 4 bed villa for the pool and spa. The layout of a lot of the villas are such that you would not feel as though you were 'rattling' around it.

I would suggest trying the 3 bed owners at least, as you would have a little more space and perhaps a pool of your own.

I don't know of any 2 bed villas but there are certainly 2 and 3 bed condos around.

A condo is especially great if you have older children who want to socialise with children their own age. Parents can be reassured that they are in safe surroundings.

For serious swimmers a community pool will be larger than a villa pool, plus there will be other facilities not offered by most private villas.

Or you could try condo complexes as well. Plenty of those about in certain villa communties and all condo communities.

I did rent a 3 bed home when I went with just a toddler though. It was my first ever villa rental an it was a lovely holiday. Very young children don't need other people/children, just their parents.

We often have 2 or 3 people in our 5 bedroom home. When we rent a home in Florida ourselves we frequently have a bedroom or more than we need. This is because we have chosen the accommodation we like rather than worrying about leaving a room or 2 unused.
