Buying tickets for Ice

I have tried twice this evening to buy tickets for Ice and both times my credit card was declined because of a voice referral being needed. My husband tried last week with a different card but had the same probblem. Are we doing something wrong?[:I]
Has anyone else managed to book tickets online or do we have to phone them?

We are planning to go on New Years Day so I'm assuming we will need to book in advance.

Voice referral means they need to call your bank for authorization, have you told the bank you are making an overseas transaction?

Yes, we did a couple of weeks ago when there was a problem with a larger payment to virgin for flights to South Africa being declined. At the time the bank denied blocking the payment even though Virgin insisted they did. Looks like we may need to call the bank again.Mind you they've never queried any of the other much larger payments we have made for tickets etc.
