Looking to book a villa in the Marbella Gated Community for next year can anyone give me any reviews or info on location and amenities please.

Hi Sharon

My Daughter and her family stayed at this community in Oct - its just OK, lots of plots not built on and empty villas all round. She found it a bit remote.

She would not return as she has been to Florida many times and there are better areas to stay at in her opinion.

If you want any specifics answered just let me know.

Hi sharron - whereabouts is the Marbella community? It sounds like
it's a new development but I'm not familiar with it so can't really be
much help with any info .. Is it along the Us27 as there are quite a lot of new
Villas in thar area now?

I just did a search for Marbella and it looks as though it is on Highway 27, Davenport

Its a new development.Take a left off the 27 about 2 - 3 miles before Southern Dunes and its about half a mile down that road. I don't think all the villas are finished yet lots of gap sites still.
