I agree with a previous comment, we just stay up when we return I usually have one to two hours sleep on the plane on the way home. This year we drove back to Scotland from Manchester which took us about four hours with a couple of stops. We stayed up until 9.30pm slept until 8.30 the next morning and that was us back to normal, my sons and their girlfriends who were with us did the same and they were all fine too.

We have done this several times and never have any jet lag.

Try to keep on the go the day you return, with me and most women it will be getting on with the washing and shopping and off course the phone calls to loved ones to say you are home and telling them all about the wonderful time you have had, this soon passes the time.
