ticket swap

I have a 14 day disney magic your way ticket bought from here 2 years ago
It has never been used due to family illness at time of issue Returning to orlando next year will it still be valid
Also if so we only plan a 1 day visit to disney can it be swapped or discounted to get 4 x 1 day tickets or any sceniaro of tickets

the ticket will be valid, you can ask at guest relations if you can credit towards singe day tickets.
