do the clocks change

can anyone tell me if the clocks change this weekend as they do in the uk

I think that in most cases (I know that Arizona & Hawaii are exceptions) the clocks do change but not always on the same date. I've often flown overnight when the change has happened and it can be tricky to know just what time it is!

Im going end of March when the clocks go forward here. Does anyone know if they will change that same w/end?

8th March in Florida this year, so they will already have changed by the time you get there.
