It is hard as a villa owner not to be biased toward the area you bought in, however, all the areas are very nice and it depends on what you are looking for as to which is the best.

My idea would be to get a short list of the villas that suit you and go from there.

I agree with Lynne. All of the homes on here are in convenient locations, so you are best choosing the home which suits your family.
Looks as though you could be in for a funfilled weekend searching through the many homes on here!

As Lynne says, think about what your priorities are then put a general enquiry into the sites above. All the communities on this website are within 20 minutes of the Disney parks, but are quite different in Character and facilities.
    Happy hunting

All the homes on the three websites above are in great locations. All communities are close enough to the parks. Better you choose a home that suits you and your families requirements.

That is far more important, enjoy the time looking at all the beautiful homes for rent. [msnsmile2]

As Barbara said all locations for short term rental villas are within easy distance to disney. Obviously people have biased towards their own locations, but all are very good and offer great services right nearby. The main question is what villa to book as there are so many good ones out there.

When you stayed in Disney, what bits did you like/not like - put anythingimportant to you [after thinking about it] onto your villa request and put a general enquiry in, or look on the site - you can look at a map of the area, and find the closest estates to Disney/Golf Course/restaurants, or whatever is important to you

This link will take you to the Orlndo Villas Communities Map. Then you can look at properties and their location before sending your request for information / quotes from a variety of villas.

    Enjoy!
