Have just returned from 3 weeks at Bella Vida and really liked it. Good points - Club House is lovely, as it is so new, hardly anything has been used yet! Pool and area is very nice, had it to ourselves most days.
Bad Points - Gate not manned so not really a gated community. Lots of building work still going on so very noisy and busy in some areas (but not all). Trash not collected yet so you have to take it yourself to trash compacter which really, really smells. Would not want to be in a property close to that!
Best point - The location. You are almost next door to Walmart and if you spend a lot of time along Hwy 192, it could not be better. I would definitely recommend it!!
