Dollar Express

Hi,

Why do I have to enter credit card details when enrolling for Dollar Express when it is free?

When enrolling for Dollar Express, you enter your card details as you are setting up the availability of booking a car direct with Dollar by loggin into your "account". However; don't book direct with Dollar, it will cost you a fortune with all the add-ons. We always use USCarhire and have no problem using our Dollar Express card.

A card is not required on collection of the car if you are on the Gold option, but when you sign up for Dollar Express, the system doesnt relate to a particular booking, and doesnt know that you will be booking through us, and on the Gold option etc.

Hi Roger,

I've already booked my car through you, so how do I go about enrolling for Dollar Express then?

Sign up in the same way as normal - we do have instructions on our site, although we need to update them a bit as the Express Sing-up forms have been updated, but it is the same procedure. Once you have your Express ID, just send us an email with your car hire order number and Express ID number.

just trying to sign up for dollar express and its asking for company name and employer phone no, any ideas how to bypass this?

Just enter NA or similar.
