Were flying out from Orlando International on the 23rd March at 7.30pm with virgin, but have to leave the villa at 10am.
Can anyone recommend what we can do for the rest of the day with 4 children and luggage?

How about checkin in at Downtown Disney and spending the day in Disney Quest.
As Ravtino says this is a really good option. The last time we flew with Virgin we did this checked in at Downtown Disney and then just had our hand luggage with us during the day. We went shopping at the Millenia Mall and then went to the airport and had an Outback meal before leaving for home[msncry]
Hi,
Just for your information Virgin do an early check at Downtown Disney so that you can get rid of your cases and not have to leave them in the car all day. Brilliant service, it costs about $5.00 each person but well worth it. Its worth getting there when it opens at 8.30am because there aren't any queues.
Have you tried asking your villa owner for a late check out sometimes this is possible so all we do is leave ourselves a cossie out then relax around the villa until about 1pm then get ourselves sorted out leave the villa about 2pm and have a meal on the way back to the airport. (Plus having checked in we don't have to be back to the airport 3 hours early)

If we do not have a back to back booking we allways allow the guests extra time in the villa on the day of departure

I am sure I read on here that the price of checkin in at Downtown Disney has gone up to $10 per person.

Dowtntown checkin is now $10 unless you have booked through Virgin Holidays or are GOldd members of their FLying CLub.
If you luggage fits in the boot then it shouldnt be too much of a problem to keep it with you otherwise.
If you check in either online or at Downtown then you don't technically need to be at the airport till an hour before your flight but of course that is cutting it a bit fine with security checks etc and dropping off the luggage etc.
If you leave your swim wear out, then somewhere like one of the water parks is a good idea to have the last day, you can hire towels for around $1 each so you dont need to have them on the plane and it's easy enough if they haven't dried to find a plastic bag for your swimwear. If you do that till say 3pm, then go somewhere to have a meal and get to the airport around 5, if you're lucky then you're all worn out from the swimming and can get to sleep easier on the plane home.
Downtown Disney checkin with Virgin is now $10 per person, the airline staff on our last flight out in November still quoted the $5. It's worth it for the extra space when going back to the airportI agree that you have to get there early as everyone is now aware of this service and it can be very busy
Then you are free for the rest of the day to visit a last park, Sea World is a good one for this. Or do some last minute shoppingthere is always something you wished you had bought

Downtown Disney is an option (and as others have said you can check in your luggage on Virgin). Are you staying on a community with a clubhouse - they may have facilities you could use. We also went to Boggy Creek and met a family who were there taking a boat ride. It was their last day and its not too far from the Airport.
We give our cases in at DOWNTOWN DISNEY and then went to the boardwalk were you can go on the boat over to the hotels and have a snack or a meal .
The cost to leave your case is $10 each our flight only left MCO at 9 :00 pm and all day to enjoy the sun ,It was thr best flight time wise as we slept better with being a later flight and arrived at MANCHESTER feeling we did not want to straight to bed as we do if we get in earlier .
