    Virgin Holidays Website

    Hi
    Anybody else having trouble logging onto Manage My Booking.
    I've not been able to log on now 3/4 days.
    Following message always appears.

    **We're very sorry, the facility to manage your booking online is currently not available**

    Emailed Virgin but no response as yet. [msnsad]

    'Sorry' thought I was posting this in General Chat.

    I have been on Vigins site in the last 3 days and had no problems so keep trying

    I used 'manage my flights' today with no problems. Perhaps you need to clear your PC cache?

    Hi

    I should have said that i had tried deleting temporary internet files etc
    but that's had no effect. Also have tried using 2 other computers but still the same message.

    If other people have the same problem I would presume it's a fault at Virgins end.

    Will have to wait and see if it clears over the next few days.

    Yep just tried tonight at 22.47 and had exactly the same, it was working a day or so ago though, as I made a part payment against my booking.

    I would say unless you really need to change something leave it a day or so and check back - these things have a habit of getting fixed....

    From another forum for Virgin.
    Apparently the system will be down for as long as this vaa discount promotion is on.
    Virgin Hols has suspended it because people were able to log on and amend their bookings and get the further discount.
