Yes they do. You will have your bags searched on entry and we seen plenty of people with picnic trolleys and baskets. There are certain items you won't be able to take into parks with animals though, they don't allow plastic straws so probably won't allow plastic cutlery types of things.

Restaurants, snack bars and juice stands are located conveniently throughout the park. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted at Crown Colony and Desert Grill restaurants. Sorry, but coolers, food, drinks and picnic items may not be taken into the park. For vegetarian meal options please stop by the Guest Relations window at the main entrance to the park.

You can take sandwiches and stuff in. Who would want carry a cool box around all day anyway? I like to visit carrying the minimum of equipment. Nothing worse than being loaded down with allsorts when your trying to have fun. The food in the parks is fine, we usually just have lunch but eat breakfast and dinner outside of the park.
Or leave your picnic in the car (cool box required) and go back to it for lunch.<blockquote id="quote" class="ffs">quote:Originally posted by Big_Momma

I have seen a lot of people taking a cool box into the parks then put them in the lockers. We did this on our very first visit (12 yrs ago) but dont bother now.

We tend to have either a big breakfast at the villa or stop off and have a buffet breakfast on the way there. As a general rule we are not that hungry for the rest of the day, but the food in the parks is ok.
