Q re The Abbey at West Haven

I understand that a clubhouse and tennis courts have been built at this community but not yet open for use. Does anybody know when they will be open ?

I am currently out at our villa on The Abbey.

When I spoke to the company who look at WestHaven for us last week they advised that they were just waiting for the necessary permits from Polk County.

I am currently at our villa on the Abbey and have requested the same info. As Michelle says there is a permit issue but also the completion is dependant on the sale of new properties on some of the surrounding communities as that is where the cash is coming from to finish the fitting out of the club house.
