Well, what can I say, we booked our park tickets though this site back in February for this Aug. Then at the last minute two friend of the family decide - "can we come too?"

Well yes of course was the reply and then on to the "Oh how are we going to get them into the parks?"

We the answer for anyone asking is use the site again, not fazed at all by my phone call of "can I have 2 more tickets to all the places we booked back in Feb?" the reply - Yes of course, I'll send the confirmation and a map to you, and within 3 minutes it was sorted.

Thank you, it's nice to find a web site, that has customer service sorted, so many other large names could learn so much from you.
