Why not purchase one of the Fun in the Sun Packages available from the link above, then you will have plenty of choice and flexibility.

If you are only having one day at a Disney park with the ages of your children/adult I would opt for Hollywood Studios, formerly MGM. There are some really good rides there which I am sure they will enjoy.
