Lactose Free Food

We are going to be in orlando from August 26th for 2 weeks staying in a villa from this site in West Stonebridge on the US27.

We usual shop in publix for food for my daughter as she is lactose intolerant and they have some items she can have.

does anyone know of a specialist shop in the area where we could get everything for her (eg cheese, milk, butter etc)

Hi, my daughter is lactose intollerant too and we definitely get goats milk in Publix. Not sure about other stuff because she doesnt eat cheese or butter but if you can get goats milk I'm sure there will be other stuff. After all theres so much choice with the groceries out there I'm sure they have the lactose free stuff covered. Gill

When I enquired about shopping and needing gluten free food I was told about chamberlains (see the thread about shopping @ Davenport) which apparently have a good selection of gluten free foods. Maybe they have a selection of lactose free? Somebody who's been to Chamberlains might know.

Also, are there any 'health food' shops in Orlando?
