You could try the clubhouse at Southern Dunes.

I know that they do cater for weddings there, but whether or not there would be a time limit to the reception I don't know.

    The phone number is 863 421 4653.

    Or you can contact:

All the best for the big day.[cheers]

you could always retire to the Raglan Road pub in DOwntown Disney for a bit of Irish dancing and they always have an Irish Band playing there and of course, they have Guinness!! Apparently the pub and all the fittings were built in Ireland and shipped over. Its absolutely beautiful and the food is real good Irish nosh. Book some taxis in advance to take you all home cos I'm sure you wont want to drive. Gill

    Hi there,

We recently got married in Florida at the Buena Vista Palace Resort next to Downtown Disney. We went through a comapny "Get Married In Florida" I have sent you a private messgae with the link.

Lorraine there is fantastic!! She is a brit who has lived in Florida for some years and specialises in Florida weddings (mainly for Brits!) She has offices near Wet & Wild and is a joy to work with!

We work in the wedding entertainment/catering business ourselves and I have to say, she is one of the most pleasent people we have worked with!

check her out - if she can't help you she will most definately know someone who will. She works with all the coorindinators at all the top resorts and venues in and around Orlando/Florida.

    Good luck
    Clayton, Pippa & Heather

Hi Munster, yes I'm almost positive they are as its a restaurant as well as a pub. Why dont you ring WDW dine 001 407 939 3463 (that no is from UK) and ask can you hire a large table for your party for X hours and see what they say. Its a very lively place and they have resident Irish dancers and an Irish Band. Ive never been to Ireland but worked in AIB with lovely Irish people for 20 years plus, and to me it was like having a night out with my workmates, very Irish. All the barmen were Irish and theres a lovely atmosphere in there. Worth a visit anyway. Gill
