avoiding catching cold when going to Florida

Hi Pamela,

Another vote here for First Defense nasal gel. I use the gel for a few days before the holiday as well as before and during the flight. I'm not sure if it works or not but it can't do any harm and I haven't had any problems on my last couple of trips.

Yet another vote for First Defense. Niether of us has had a real cold since we started having it by us. take at the first signs and then the cold doesn't develop.

I also buy airbourne sachets [developed to boost your immunity during flights]-you can get them anywhere in the US -at airports etc and I always use first defence- as a cabin full of coughing people always ends up recirculated

thanks for that I'll take the First Defense with me and look out for the other ones in Walmart. No doubt cheaper there than in UK and I could use it for my next trip out!

Yes Rosie, thank you. It was Zicam and they have worked for us and friends. I forgot to get some more when I was over. Is First Defense available in UK?

I would purchase hand sanitizer and use it often at the parks. You touch all kinds of things that people before you have touched. No telling what kinds of germs you pick up on the rides.
