    Tickets Not Received!

    Well, bloomin Royal Mail again!!

    ive sent / supposed to have received 6 items by special delivery in the last 2 weeks and only TWO have arrived on time, or arrived AT ALL!

    I've never had a problem with this service up until now.

    My park tickets were sent on Tuesday and they STILL haven't arrived. I've emailed the guys twice, but no reply and i've just called and left a message.

    Would be nice to get the tracking number for Royal Mail in the sent email so you can track it and chase them yourselves.

    What really makes me laugh is I ordered some bits for my video camera from NEW YORK on Tuesday and they were delivered YESTERDAY!

    I presume this is order 13214, We have replied to both emails and they were received by your server. The tracking number is in your order status area, just follow the link yo have for that. We sometimes get a delay with recorded delivery. It sounds like there is an issue with your sorting office. It is extremely rare for tickets to go missing in the post. If all else fails we can get another set issued but it is a bit long winded. So it is best to give Rm a chance to deliver, ikf not we will hand deliver tickets to you at your accommodation. This would be the 2nd time we have had to do this in 15 years of selling tickets. It may be worth having a word with your postie to see if he knows of any issues. we will also make calls this end.

    Hi There.

    YIPEE!! The tickets arrived today! HOWEVER, on your email it states...

    "Your park ticket order number 13214 has now been dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery from our UK office to the following address:

    The were actually sent Recorded Delivery which would explain the delay.
